BS7883:2019 Design Service
The BS7883:2019 Design Service will provide a detailed system layout and fixing detail of the proposed systems in the strategy to provide a fully compliant means of safely accessing and using the façade access systems. In line with BS7883:2019 our technical team will support in the product of Technical files to ensure that when installed the solution meets the legal requirements of the standard.
The A&M strategy is a crucial document for high-risk high-rise developments as it forms part of the BSR Gateway 2 submission for works to progress in to the construction phase. As part of their A&M Strategy, KaydeeSayfa provide in-depth reports, technical drawings, and methodologies regarding the to safe access of the building's façade to perform the required cleaning & maintenance following building handover.
The Rope Access Methodology is predominantly used to support an existing A&M strategy to indicate the means in which the abseilers will carry out the cleaning and maintenance of the building's façade. The Rope Access Methodology would identify amongst other details: the access points, required rope access systems, and façade coverage.
