Tim Weston - Driving Manufacturing Efficiency

We are very pleased to welcome Tim to our team. With a background in system processes and product design Tim is an ideal fit for the role of Product Engineer. In his new role, Tim will be responsible for driving operational & manufacturing efficiency within Sayfa Group™. By acting as a conduit, between our Product Design team and the manufacturing team on the shop floor. Tim will be able to convert product drawings in to efficient and actionable manufacturing processes.

Already, in a very brief period with the team, Tim has demonstrated his effectiveness in this role by streamlining key aspects of our SayfaGuard™ Caged Ladder assembly, leading to improved manufacturing efficiency. These early changes have lead to improved lead times and a manufacturing cost reduction that will benefit our customers.

We are pleased to have Tim as part of the Sayfa Group™ Team and look forward to seeing how he progresses and continues to deliver efficiency and quality.
